At Divinity Boutique, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully handcrafted using delicate fabrics, mesh, rhinestones, and fine embellishments. Due to the custom nature and sensitive materials of our garments, we maintain a strict return policy.

1.⁠ ⁠All Sales Are Final

All items purchased from Divinity Boutique are final sale.

We do not accept:

  • Returns
  • Refunds
  • Exchanges

This policy applies to all products, including custom-made dresses and accessories.

2.⁠ ⁠Custom-Made Garments

Our dresses are custom made for women and young ladies. Each piece is created specifically for you, which means:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
  • Items cannot be returned due to sizing, fit, or preference

We strongly encourage customers to ensure that all measurements, sizing, and order details are correct before confirming their purchase.

3.⁠ ⁠Delicate Materials & Garment Care

Our garments are made from highly delicate materials, including:

  • Fine fabrics
  • Mesh
  • Rhinestones
  • Hand-applied embellishments

These items require gentle handling and care. Divinity Boutique is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Improper handling, storage, or wear

4.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged upon arrival, or
  • Incorrect (not what you ordered)

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing: returns@divinityboutique.co.za


Your email must include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and issue

If approved, we will assess the matter and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a repair or replacement at our discretion.

All items must be returned (if requested) in:

  • Original, unworn condition
  • Free from stains, odours, or damage
  • Original or secure packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
