We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently throughout South Africa.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Many of our dresses are custom-made or made-to-order. Processing times therefore vary depending on the product ordered.
Estimated production and processing times:
• Ready-to-ship items: 2–5 business days
• Made-to-order items: approximately 3–6 weeks
Processing times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, holidays, supplier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. SHIPPING PARTNER
We primarily ship orders using The Courier Guy.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• Major South African cities: 1–4 business days
• Regional or remote areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size or weight of your order.
From time to time, we may offer promotional or free shipping offers at our discretion.
5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately Divinity Boutique does not ship outside of South Africa at the moment.
6. DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and contact information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Divinity Boutique is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
7. RISK AND DELIVERY
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the delivery address provided in your order.
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, customers should notify the courier immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
8. CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS
Because many of our products are custom-made or produced specifically for each customer, shipping timelines may vary depending on production requirements.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, sizing, and customization information.
9. SHIPPING DELAYS
While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, Divinity Boutique is not liable for delays caused by:
• courier disruptions,
• severe weather,
• customs delays,
• public holidays,
• strikes,
• supplier issues,
• or other events beyond our reasonable control.
